Personal data
Data controller: Charly Belle, 2 rue des Moissons, 14610 Cairon, France.
Data collected and purpose: the information entered in the contact form (name, company, email, phone, project type and message) is used solely to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. It is never shared, sold or used for automated marketing.
Legal basis: processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). No consent checkbox is therefore needed to send a message.
Retention: messages are sent by email and kept in my mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange. They are not stored in a database.
Recipients: Charly Belle only. Messages are sent through Infomaniak’s mail server (Switzerland, recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection) and received in a Gmail (Google) mailbox, where any transfers outside the European Union are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights: you can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by getting in touch through the contact form or by phone on +33 6 67 98 71 14. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Analytics and cookies
This website uses no cookies. Traffic is measured with Zenbaki, a web analytics solution hosted in France, with no cookies and no persistent identifier: visitors are not recognised from one day to the next, nor across websites. The resulting statistics are anonymous and only used to improve the site.
Configured this way, this audience measurement falls under the consent exemption provided by the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for trackers strictly necessary for audience measurement: no consent banner is required.
